Maximum Entertainment has offices around the world and employs more than 200 professionals.The OFFICE AND HR ADMINISTRATOR is an impactful role providing services to multiple departments within the group. The person reports to the Global Senior Manager of People and is responsible for managing the office administration for St. Ives, Cambridgeshire location, supporting recruitment for the Group’s European locations, as well as assisting the Group’s In-House Legal Counsel in the administration of contracts for the Group. This is a full-time onsite position.In this role, you will:Primary Duties- Fulfil Office Management FunctionsManage and maintain overall office appearance and functionality.Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories.Manage logistics for any in-person meetings and events.Purchase company merchandise for employees or events.Manage relationships with building vendors and service providers.Partner with admin staff from other offices around the globe, providing support as needed.Liaise with the Group People Team to support European HR functions:Assist in the Talent Acquisition process, partnering with hiring managers in the hiring process including sourcing, scheduling and/or conducting interviews.Help implement training and development programs that promote the growth and development of employees.S upport the People Team in monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.Assist with timely and accurate processing of records within the HRIS system.Act as the support/point of contact for management and employees.Help drive process and build strong work relationships to manage overall retention and engagement.Identify, prioritize, and respond to employee requests for support in a thorough and timely manner.Other duties as needed.Support the Group Legal CounselLog and file incoming contracts into Group standard naming protocols and consolidated contract database.Assist in quality control of contracts uploaded into new CLM system.Provide admin support as needed to Legal team.Ideally, you have:Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant professional experience in an officeBasic knowledge of employment/labour laws and standard HR practicesAbility to think strategically and implement creative solutionsStrong communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organisationComfortable managing competing priorities with precision and organisationProficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite a mustAbility to do errands as needed with a valid driving licenceAlign with Maximum Entertainments’ Core Values: Scrappy, Creative Problem Solver, Avid Learner, Cares, Seeks Context, Adaptable Create Your Profile — Game companies can contact you with their relevant job openings.
