To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a

Office Manager (m/w/d)

part-time, based in Erlangen, Germany.

Job Responsibilities

• Reception of guests and customers in the entrance area
• Postal service (international dispatch of letters and parcels)
• Ordering office supplies, drinks, and snacks for the team
• Supporting the studio manager with administrative tasks
• Ensuring a tidy and professional office environment

Qualifikationen

Expected Qualifications

• Professional experience in a lively, public-oriented service company
• Resilience, organizational and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and team-work
• German at native speaker level, proficiency in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office

What would be a plus?

• General interest in video games
• Knowledge of accounting
