T-Minus Zero is seeking a Production Director to join our team as a key contributor in the creation of our brand-new AAA game & IP. You will work closely with the project leadership team to help define and drive our production process. This is a special opportunity with a very talented team. Key Responsibilities:
Define the project's scope by crafting a comprehensive high-level roadmap, timelines, and identifying key milestones.
Create, own, and evangelize effective production processes suitable to support online AAA development.
Partner with the other Directors to ensure the game's vision is realized while also aligning with technical and product risks.
Lead and mentor a group of producers across all features teams of the project.
Provide stakeholders timely and accurate information regarding the state of development along with data-backed insights to address problems.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in game development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a AAA gaming environment.
Experienced in scaling and managing a remote, cross-functional, cross-cultural, global development team from prototype through live.
Strong written and verbal communicator who is capable of building alignment with large and varied groups.
Adept at identifying and mitigating project risks in the development process.
Preferred Qualifications:
Shipped at least 1 multi-platform game (PC and Console) title with end-to-end production experience.
Experienced managing co-dev and outsource teams throughout development.
Agile or PMP certification or equivalent experience
Experienced with designing and managing workflows in Confluence, Jira, Slack.
Passion for making and playing games.
Comp Range: 170k - 225k
