The mobile gaming industry is competitive and certain roles require a great deal of technical expertise. Playtika is recruiting for a
limited number of roles requiring unique skills and experience.
Playtika is looking for a sharp and passionate HR Partner to join us.
Responsibilities
Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the local business unit
Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes in the unit
Onboarding of new employees, employee relations, performance & talent management, org structure, training and development and special projects
Be the POC for general HR related questions and resolves issues in a timely manner
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
Designs development plans for key talents and key job positions
Maintain an accurate data base of the unit’s employees and positions.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Studies, Behavioral Science, Human Resources or equivalent
2+ years’ experience as a HRBP/ HRP
Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
