User Acquisition Asset Manager

Job Description

As Asset Manager you will be the “guardian angel” of the quality of all assets that we use in our user acquisition campaigns (Display, Video for mobile, TV spots). You will lead and coordinate the creation of all assets needed by the local User Acquisition managers for their campaigns. You will work closely with the product managers & video team in pursuance of a shared art style between marketing and in-game art.

You will be in contact with User Acquisition Managers and PM’s from all over the world. Our UAM’s are located in US, China, UK, Japan, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Australia, Hong Kong etc. The global management is ensured from Paris and Berlin.

What we see you do on a daily basis:

• Organize a big roadmap of assets for all live and new games with the main purpose of increase the results of all marketing campaigns and materials.
  
• Gather and centralize all asset needs from UAM’s for their campaigns
• Creative briefs to PM’s to ensure that we get the best materials & keep a consistent message
• Provide detailed and insightful feedback during the development of new assets to the PM’s and video team
• Streamline the creative process; following up on localizations, informing UAM’s of new materials, following up on A/B testing
• Close follow up with the PM’s to ensure that all materials are received in top notch quality on their deadline

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience (2+years) in a similar position in advertising (digital + tv spot development) or in gaming
  
• Very good organizational skills, ability to work with tight deadlines
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken
• A born creative mind, design oriented, graphic passionate, with a keen eye on visual details
• You are comfortable working independently and proactively
• A knowledge of mobile platforms, video games and ecommerce is an asset, but not essential.
