Technical Music Designer

As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Technical Music Designer to join the team and help us in crafting the high caliber games our fans have come to expect.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building adaptive music systems and tools that will be used across all music contexts.
• In-game music implementation during production
• Maintaining the music systems of released games.
• Assisting Music Director and Project Management to identify music needs from other departments and estimate how long these tasks will take

Requirements

• Expert knowledge on WWise
• Experience with Music implementation in WWise
• At least one released title as a Technical Sound / Music designer
• Needs to work full-time in-house in Larian Studios office.

Nice to Haves

• Scripting or programming experience
• Music editing skills
• Passion for Roleplaying video games
