Senior Animator 资深动画师

• Finish high quality animation, mocap cleanup related work, based on project requests, including action/expression/prop animation, involving multiple styles of characters, creatures, monsters, etc.
  根据美术需求及制作规范，独立完成游戏中高质量的动画设计和动捕清理相关工作，包括动作/表情/道具动画，涉及多种风格的人物，生物，怪物等
• Communicate with PMs/senior management, estimate timelines and adhere to plans, analyze and assign different tasks
  与项目经理和高级管理沟通，估算项目时间并恪守计划，同时分析工作量和分解任务，保证游戏动画工作顺利完成
• Guide/train the animators, review assets, and ensure project quality control and reduce the feedbacks
  指导培训设计师，审核项目产出，把控项目质量，降低反馈率
• Research new technology/software to facilitate the development of animation team
  研究新的技术或软件来促进动画组的发展

Requirements

• 3 years+ animation experience in game/film related industry
  在游戏公司或影视动画等相关行业拥有3年及以上的动画经验
• Solid animation skill, familiar with animation principles, such as timing and rhythm
  有扎实的动画基础，熟悉动画原理，具备动态节奏把控能力
• Proficiency in Maya, knowledge on 3dsMax, MotionBuilder, Unreal/Unity, experience in mocap clean-up and rigging/skinning is preferred
  熟练使用Maya, 了解3dsMax, MotionBuilder, Unreal/Unity动画相关知识者和有动捕清理，绑定权重经验者优先
• Good time management and communication skills to ensure work is completed with expected quality and time
  有良好的时间管理和沟通技能，确保工作以预期的质量和时间完成
• Passion for animation, with good learning ability, strong sense of responsibility and patience, good teamwork spirit
  热爱动画事业，善于学习，具有强烈的责任心和工作耐心，有良好的团队合作精神
