Responsible for the design and production of animation in game, import and verification of animation resources in engine, resource management, etc; 2. Responsible for the consistency of 3D character animations and resource specifications in the game; 3. Set up benchmark and optimize animation quality to ensure the best effect of animation achievement; 4. Responsible for reviewing and modifying supplier resources, as well as training outsourcing teams. 1. 负责游戏中动作的设计和制作，动画资源导入验证，资源管理等； 2. 负责游戏中3D角色动画的风格统一和资源规范性； 3. 制定及优化动画质量标准，确保动画的最佳效果； 4. 负责供应商资源的审核修改及供应商团队培养。 Requirements: 1.5年以上の3Dアニメーションデザイン実務経験、少なくとも１つのプロジェクト開発に最初から最後まで参加したことがある方。3Aゲーム開発実務経験がある方がなお望ましいです； 2.MAYAに詳しい、UE青図モジュールと関連プラグインに詳しい方； 3.アニメーションのモーションルールを使い熟せる、制作したモーションは自然で正しい、キャラクターの性格と動きを正確に把握できる方； 4.ゲーム制作の流れとチーム内協力方法を熟知し、各ステップで必要なスキルを熟知している方； 5.流行りのゲームビジュアルを知っていて、ゲーム業界に関心を持ち、ゲームが好きな方； 6.強い責任感を持っている方、チームワークができる、コミュニケーション力がある方； 7.ゲーム業界に熱意を持ち、チャレンジ精神があり、ストレスに強い方； 8.履歴書に作品を必ず添付してください。 1.5年以上3D动画设计工作经验，有至少一个完整项目的研发经验，具备3A游戏开发经验者优先； 2.能精通运用MAYA动画模块，熟悉UE蓝图模块和相关插件； 3.熟练运用动画的运动规律；制作动画流畅，节奏准确，角色性格、肢体语言把握精准； 4.熟悉游戏制作流程和环节的协作关系，对各环节制作技术有清楚的认识； 5.熟悉目前流行的游戏美术风格，持续关注并了解业界动态，对游戏行业有热情； 6.具有较强的责任心、团队合作能力与沟通表达能力； 7.对游戏行业有热情，能够接受挑战，有较强的抗压能力； 8.应聘简历请务必附带作品。 LIGHTSPEED STUDIOS is a leading global game developer, with teams across China, United States, Singapore, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand and United Arab Emirates.
