Electronic Arts connects hundreds of millions of players from around the globe to some of the world's greatest games. Our Digital Experiences team is focused on leading the strategy and implementation of technical projects/experiences that allow our players to create and connect deeper with our franchises, both in and out of the game. These projects span digital touchpoints where players create or consume content, including in-game tools and new web platform experiences.

As a Lead Project Manager, you will be focused on coordinating, tracking, estimating, and planning projects within our engineering teams. You will assess technical limitations with studio and CTO partners, identify milestone moments, create roadmaps and align teams on a plan to deliver on time, and on scope. You will partner with other Project Managers within the EA organization and our own Ventures Creator organization where you will work within the engineering group reporting to our Head of Engineering.

Joining Creator Engineering means you will shape EA's online presence and connection to players; evolve in-game tools and online experiences beyond what they are today. Your role will bring clarity and planning to exciting projects which will enable our engineering team to operate at their best. As a team we look to the future of connected experiences not only within marketing but across EA as a whole, and are committed to driving innovation forward to achieve that goal.
