Centre Of Excellence Program Manager (12-Month Contract)

The opportunity

Unity’s Centers of Excellence (CoEs) represent long-term, multi-stakeholder initiatives between Unity and diverse government and private entities. These programs focus on training, re-skilling, or upskilling end-users in Real-Time 3D (RT3D) or supporting the development of RT3D sectors like gaming or entertainment. As a Program Manager for Unity’s CoEs, you will become an integral part of our expanding program delivery team, responsible for executing client engagements.

In this contractor role, you will serve as the primary liaison for our clients, orchestrating the alignment of Unity's departments to efficiently deliver the products and services outlined in client contracts. We seek an adept and seasoned project/program manager with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and budgets, possessing the acumen to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. While this position doesn't require technical expertise, prior experience in IT-related fields, higher education, film & entertainment, or government institutions is advantageous. This is a one year contract role and will be hourly based.

What you'll be doing

• Map out program stakeholders, define engagement models and plan delivery by coordinating internal Unity team members and external client end-users.
• Closely collaborate with internal departments to ensure appropriate resources are allocated to the program. Provide client feedback to internal teams about which services and products are most successful or have the most impact on the client end-users.
• Track program progress and run regular program update meetings with the client to provide updates, communicate milestones and resolve issues.
• Suggest timely and creative solutions to program bottlenecks, actively handle program risks.
• Continuously and independently drive program progress.

• Successfully improved internal program management processes or framework
• Passion for contributing to initiatives that facilitate the development of future-proof digital skills.
