At ArenaNet, we’ve always believed that games are art. They have the power to communicate ideas and tell stories. They can change the way we think, reflect our cultures, and move us. As the developer of the award-winning Guild Wars game series, we’re proud to share our passion for the online worlds we’ve created with over 11 million players worldwide.

ArenaNet develops and publishes games for every kind of person, which means our games need to be built by every kind of person. We believe the best experiences come from working together, celebrating differences, and helping each of our team members shine.

As an Advanced Program Manager, you will support the creation of static and dynamic art assets, animations, and visual effects by optimizing Art workflows, pipelines, and development methodologies for in-development games. You will partner with Technical Art and Engineering teams to prioritize art tool extensibility solutions and improve overall game performance to the delight of our player base. You will be instrumental in establishing, optimizing, and automating data collection and analysis mechanisms to provide meaningful insights into art development throughput and player behavior. By leveraging data trends and insights, you'll help the studio identify and replicate best practices, and understand which art assets are truly delighting our player base.
