Role & Missions - What you will do 🚀

As a Product Monetization Manager at Homa, you will play a vital role in driving revenue and enhancing the overall monetization strategy for our games. Working closely with the Product, User Acquisition Data teams, you will leverage your analytical and technical skills to optimize our games' monetization efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting Monetization Roadmaps: develop and implement strategic roadmaps for the monetization of our mobile games, working closely with the Production Team to align with overall product goals.
• Collaborative Production Team Engagement: work hand-in-hand with the Product Team to integrate monetization strategies seamlessly into the development process, ensuring alignment with the overall vision of the games.
• Setting up and optimizing ad monetization waterfalls for our games.
• Optimizing ad monetization strategies to enhance revenue generation.
• Evaluating performances of different ad sources maximizing revenue and deep diving into the game's data in order to make informed decisions about monetization strategies.
• Testing apps by doing a “health check” for the ads and ad sources.
• Creating and analyzing profit reports of games.

Requirements

If you recognize yourself in the following description, you're the one!

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hypercasual & casual games monetization.
• Strong knowledge of monetization metrics and concepts, such as eCPM, imp/dau, Arpdau, LTV, D0 users, and others.
• Previous experience building roadmaps to improve monetization.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms and ad networks used in the gaming industry.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in tools, such as Excel, to analyze and interpret monetization data.
• Comfortable running A/B tests and analyzing the results to make data-driven decisions.
• Ambitious and curious, continuously seeking new opportunities and staying informed about industry trends.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
