Junior Business Development Manager - Contractor（China Guangzhou）

We create solutions for developers that help to integrate payments, attract users, and publish games all over the world. We also provide round-the-clock technical support. As a Business Development Manager at Xsolla you will be responsible for researching, understanding, and selling Xsolla's products and solutions to clients in Global. Your primary functions will be sourcing and building new partnerships with individuals in the video game community and closing deals. Since this role is connected to the company strategy you will be able to influence decisions on a global level and the director role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the business of payment-related companies and have preliminary business development capabilities
• Ability to work with sales leaders to develop sales plans, assist in the execution of quarterly plans, and report on their progress monthly or weekly
• Ensure effective communication with prospective payment providers
• Negotiate contract terms and technical setup principles to ensure a high-performance user experience while understanding local market specific and user payment preferences
• Manage contract negotiations, technology integration, and onboarding of potential vendors with internal departments
• Control the revenue and conversion rate performance of newly launched payment channels and develop optimization plans to ensure better performance
• Support marketing teams in creating marketing results with market insights

Other responsibilities may be assigned:

• Manage other payment product-related development projects
• Help operations teams optimize their business relationships with current payment providers
• Handle other tasks covering product requirements including but not limited to specific market research, acquisition of new payment providers/vendors outside of Asia, managing business related opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree and above;
• We expect the candidate has 1 year+ working experience and we could also accept fresh graduates with 6 months+ internship experience.
• Expert knowledge of Asian markets, local regulations and user payment preferences Experts in payment, e-commerce, and mobile fields
• Required English level: Advanced (speaking and writing skills) High business communication skills Ability to clearly express and prioritize tasks Advanced communication skills, analytical and proactive thinking Organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to develop productive partnerships
