HR Advisor

Your mission

• Manage and support HR operations like payroll, contract & absence management, policies & guidelines, workforce planning, leadership programs and advising studio managers.
• Provide guidance to our HR Officer as well as advising and coaching our teams and employees.
• Pragmatic and efficient implementation of HR policies in line with the company needs and culture.
• Closely collaborate with other departments such as recruitment, finance, team & studio management and others that require your HR expertise.
• Advising senior management on data driven HR initiatives that you will implement and develop.
• Continuously improve processes and ways of working to ensure a great workplace for our employees.
• Report to senior management and the parent companies (Plaion and the Embracer Group).
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in labor law and regulations including updating and proposing new policies.

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience in relevant HR roles within an international dynamic organization.
• Degree in human resources, business administration or similar qualification.
• Good knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
• Experience with hiring internationally, IND and 30% ruling.
• Fluency in written and spoken Dutch & English on a proficient level.
• You have excellent communication skills and high ethical standards.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to see the big picture.
• You are available to work for 32-40 hours per week.
