With a focus on India, KRAFTON is dedicated to nurturing the gaming and start-up ecosystem. In line with this commitment, KRAFTON initiated the KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator (KIGI) in October 2023. KIGI aims to support 6-10 teams annually with program durations ranging from six months to one year. Additionally, KRAFTON India has invested over $150 million in the Indian market in the past two years and has committed an additional $150 million to the Indian start-up ecosystem over the next three years.

KIGI Overview:

Krafton has launched a game development incubator program that provides aspiring game developers with the resources, mentorship, and support they need to turn their creative ideas into successful, market-ready games. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Associate Program Manager with 2+ years of experience to join our team and help us expand our reach, forge partnerships, and contribute to the growth of the game development ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

1. Program Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the Incubator Program Head in the development and execution of the program's strategic objectives, including defining program goals, setting milestones, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Participant Selection and Support: Manage the selection process for program participants, ensuring a diverse and talented cohort. Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and guidance to participants to maximize their chances of success.
3. Resource Management: Oversee program resources, including budget, personnel, and facilities. Ensure efficient resource allocation to support program activities and objectives.
4. Mentor Engagement: Manage a network of internal and external mentors, working closely with the Program Director to identify and onboard mentors. Facilitate strong relationships between mentors and incubated, ensuring a valuable mentorship experience.
5. Program Evaluation: Track program progress and KPIs, contributing to regular assessments of program effectiveness. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation in the program.
6. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including participants, mentors, partners, and the broader gaming community. Maintain transparent and effective communication channels.
7. Event and Workshop Coordination: Organize and oversee workshops, events, and demo days to showcase program participants' progress and achievements. Coordinate logistics and ensure successful event execution.
8. Program Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the program, highlight participant successes, and attract potential participants, sponsors, and partners. Maintain a strong program presence in the gaming industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Game Development).
• Proven experience in game production, program management, and similar roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of the game development process and the challenges faced by game developers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or providing support to creative individuals is a plus.
