Manage the day-to-day activities of the project team, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, resolving issues, and reporting status. Coordinate with the senior project manager, technical leads, business analyst, and other stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones. Ensure that the project adheres to the agreed quality standards, best practices, and methodologies. Monitor and control the project budget, schedule, and resources, and identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may impact the project outcomes. Facilitate the agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos, and foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and learning within the project teams. Prepare and maintain the project documentation, such as project charter, project plan, status reports, risk register, and lessons learned. Communicate effectively with the project stakeholders, both internal and external, and ensure that their expectations and needs are met. Support the senior project manager in the initiation, planning, and closure of the projects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management processes and practices. What do we expect from our Technical Project Manager? At least one year of experience in managing technical projects, preferably in a SAFe agile environment. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, etc. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new skills and technologies. Certification in project management or SAFe is a plus. Ability to meet the above requirements through learning and demonstrating the right behaviours would negate any gaps in current capabilities.
