A Day in the Life
As a member of our Ad Review team, you’ll solve technical challenges, including the design and architecture of a back-end handling billions of requests per day, work on versatile platforms and solve large scale problems. Ad Review allows publishers leveraging AppLovin’s MAX platform to gain transparency and visibility into the ad inventory running in their apps.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Develop and maintain large-scale distributed systems
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to meet a wide range of technological challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and plan new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during development, testing, and production.
Basic Qualifications
- Have 3+ years of hands on experience programming in Java
- Have a BSc in Computer Science from a top university
- Have excellent knowledge of computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and coding
- Knowledgeable in SQL queries and MySQL framework
- Experience independently creating and maintaining projects
- Product focused mindset
- Passionate, motivated auto-didact that can take on projects and learn new technologies
- Quick learning generalist with ability to adjust for changing business requirements
- A real team player!
Preferred Qualifications
- Working in a cloud environment, preferably GCP or AWS
- Experience with NoSQL databases
- Experience with Big Data and Data Warehousing
