Role and Missions - What you will do 🚀

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be leading a team of Senior Unity developers (1/2/3 developers at first) and will be responsible for bringing a full roadmap to the game and prioritizing all the development & art efforts in this direction in order to ensure the game becomes best-in-class on its segment.

More concretely, your missions will be the following:

• You will be leading a team of developers in order to ensure all operations are on track and going in the right direction for product delivery.
• You will be responsible for creating & iterating on the game design documents for the game.
• You will be in charge of several games at a time and will have responsibility for defining which games need prioritization.
• The role will entail maintaining & further improving a product that has already been developed and elevating it to the next level while defining its objectives & strategy.
• The role requires having a holistic view of the entire app, including Roadmap.
• You will be using real-time data, industry trends and experience to make product decisions, see them through production and use data to validate your hypothesis.
• You will work closely with the UA, Monetization & Creatives and Data Science teams to identify opportunities, tackle issues and build partnerships.
• You will work closely with Artists and Developers to define roadmaps and execute on the teams’ combined vision.
• You will be expected to deep dive into spreadsheets and analytics to support your hunches and product decisions as well as have a firm grasp of your product KPIs and understand your players and their journeys.
