Who we're looking for:

As an Associate Product Manager, you will own live events for Skillz. You will focus on delivering, designing, and implementing live events features that enhance the player experience and drive growth in key business metrics. Our platform thrives on competition and community, and we're excited to explore its full potential.

What you'll do:

• Defining, communicating, optimizing, and executing the Live Game strategy, including events and sales.
• Ensuring the game feels alive, appealing, and exciting daily, including in-game and external of-game communication channels
• Initiate new Live Ops features and improvements. Working as an internal customer of the product team to develop those features and additions to the game.
• Analyzing Live Ops and sales strategy via A/B Testing with the support of a highly skilled analytics team.
• Drive A/B Test Backlog to improve new user cohorts
• Act as the day-to-day primary point of contact for any product-related questions from the game team.
• Review daily KPIs and proactively identify opportunities, trends, and threats to the product.

Your Skillz:

• 1+ years of experience in Project or Product management role
• Experience analyzing and reporting back on Product KPIs
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite or Google Suite, specifically with formulas in Sheets or Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Nice to have:

• Passion for gaming
• Experience with Live Ops in Games

• Experience building mobile gameplay, competition features and/or social experiences in social casino or puzzle games is a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

Actual pay will depend on varying circumstances, including leveling, experience, and location.
