Description

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• You'll build a liveops and a content roadmap. You’ll define every single event, sale and promotion that will occur each day in the game, connecting them to your overarching monetization strategy.
• You’ll be in charge of the actual setup of the liveops. We are still a startup so we expect this role to be very hands-on, we expect you to implement your plans directly in the game, play testing them every step of the way to ensure that quality is always outstanding.
• You will be accountable for defining daily revenues targets for the game and tracking our results against them, performing adjustments in case we are lagging behind the objectives you’ve set. For this you’ll need to work closely with our Economy Manager to make sure that we are not growing our revenues at the cost of a healthy economy.
• You will be accountable for writing outstanding Game Design Documents that will explain clearly and exhaustively all the events, promos and sales plans you have planned throughout the year.
• You’ll work with the development team to ensure that the game is designed with Web3 technology in mind, and that it takes full advantage of the capabilities that this technology offers.
• You will play the game on a daily basis and actively provide feedback to all other departments to help create the best possible product.
• You’ll stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform your design decisions. We are expecting you to play the top grossing games and understand why their monetization strategy is so successful.

What you'll bring to the team:

• At least 5 years of experience in Monetization and/or Product management with a specialisation in LiveOps, with a track record of growing live games.
• A “one man army” attitude, we expect you to be successfully operating at both high (monetization strategy) and low (LiveOps setup) levels on a daily basis.
• A data-driven mindset, we want an individual with a very strong analytical background that is able to build their strategies mostly around facts and not feelings.
• A result-driven and MVP mindset, we expect you to find creative ways to test new ideas at low cost, checking their results in the game and then adjusting your plans accordingly.
• Ability to perform outstanding competitor benchmarks, extracting key takeaways and applying them efficiently to our game.
• Excellent verbal and written English to communicate with the international team.
• A passion for gaming and a desire to push the boundaries of what's possible in mobile game design.
• Knowledge about the Web3 world and/or Web3 games would be a plus.
