Marketing Director

We are seeking a Marketing Director to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies tailored for AAA gaming titles.

As the Marketing Director, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, leveraging social media, influencers, and community engagement within decentralized ecosystems.

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, leveraging social media, influencers, and community engagement within decentralized ecosystems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with game development, technology integration, and overall business objectives.

Analyze market trends, player preferences, and competitive landscape within the gaming and Web3 industries to identify growth opportunities and drive adoption of our gaming titles.

Build and nurture vibrant communities around our AAA gaming titles in decentralized ecosystems, fostering player loyalty, engagement, and advocacy.

Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with gaming influencers, decentralized platforms, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach within the Web3 space.

Oversee the development of marketing collateral, trailers, promotional materials, and other assets to drive excitement and anticipation for upcoming game releases, integrating Web3 features and benefits.

Drive continuous innovation in marketing strategies, leveraging new technologies, platforms, and trends within both the gaming and Web3 industries.

Present regular updates, reports, and insights to senior leadership on marketing performance, player engagement metrics, and opportunities within the Web3 gaming market.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven track record of success in senior marketing leadership roles within the gaming industry, with experience in AAA game marketing and understanding of Web3 technologies.

Deep understanding of gaming culture, player behavior, and the dynamics of the gaming market, as well as emerging trends in Web3 technology.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

Experience in community building, influencer marketing, and digital marketing strategies within both the gaming and Web3 spaces.

Proficiency in marketing analytics, digital marketing tools, and gaming industry trends.
