Senior Director of Marketing

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive customer engagement for our suite of products.

As the Director of Marketing, you will be pivotal in shaping the marketing strategy and driving marketing initiatives to promote our blockchain solutions, gaming platforms, and entertainment products. You will work closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to understand our target audience, develop go-to-market strategies, and create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our blockchain, gaming, and entertainment products.
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design social media strategies to build and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Collaborate with product owners to understand product features, benefits, and target audience to tailor marketing messaging and campaigns accordingly.
• Lead the development of creative marketing assets, including website content, blog posts, social media content, videos, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising, to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing spend.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in blockchain, gaming, and entertainment to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on blockchain technology, gaming, or entertainment industries.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, gaming mechanics, and entertainment trends, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messaging.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and advertising platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
