Job Description

The Content Creation Technology Group (CCTG) is looking for a Senior AI/ML Programmer who will contribute to the development of applications in the domains of Generative AI and ML bots. The Senior AI/ML Programmer will bring best practices and design principles to assist the team in delivering our ambitious roadmap.

Main responsibilities:

• Designing and developing machine learning systems and schemes based on the business requirements and objectives.
• Write ML algorithms and train models.
• Create tools to support and integrate the ML models inside a multi-process pipeline.
• Identifying, preparing, and analyzing data for training and testing purposes.
• Conducting experiments, performing statistical analysis, and fine-tuning models.
• Enhancing the existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.
• Collaborating with data science team, research team and other stakeholders.

Other responsibilities:

• Creating proof of concepts, that can require model training, fine tuning, experimenting with different techniques and models.
• Optimizing existing models and solutions for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Adapting and improving models’ usage, facilitating tools usage, and adapting these to users needs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
• Conducting research to stay up to date with the latest advancements.
• Documentation, presentations, and knowledge sharing to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent. Master in AI or Machine Learning is an asset.

Relevant experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in AI/ML.

Skills:

• A deep knowledge of Machine Learning and deep learning fundamentals.
• Proficient in Python and have experience with libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, FastApi.
• A good knowledge of cloud-based platforms is an asset.
• A good knowledge of Database products is an asset.
