Who you are;

• A versatile generalist with proven experience as an IT Engineer, preferably in the gaming industry.
• You have relevant experience in the field
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues
• Experienced with Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as network maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledgeable about virtualization technologies and industry-standard security practices.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities in both Swedish and English

Nice to have

• Industry certifications like CompTIA A+, CCNA, or MCSE.
• Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH.
• Previous experience managing IT infrastructure in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Exposure to project management methodologies and tools.

What you'll do;

• Oversee the day-to-day management and troubleshooting of our IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations
• Support and maintain software applications for various departments.
• Collaborate with teams to identify process automation opportunities and system improvements.
• Manage user accounts and permissions, providing technical assistance as needed.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Assist with hardware and software procurement and installation.
• Promote security awareness and contribute to IT security initiatives.

Practical information

Scope: Full-time: 40 hours per week (there will also be occasional on-call responsibilities) with initial 6 month probation period.
Location: Office first, hybrid solution possible. You need to be eligible to work in Sweden.

We are a pet friendly office! You can expect to find dogs and occasionally some cats around.
