Executive Assistant

Scopely is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on a hybrid basis working from our Culver City hub !

What You Will Do

• Managing the calendars of the SVPs, including meetings and personal appointments as needed as well as their respective overall team calendar and events. The EA will also support the scheduling, travel arrangement and management of candidates as needed with candidate experience service as a key focal point
• Coordinating all T&E arrangements including flight details, hotel reservations, seminar registrations, expense submissions
• Managing expense submissions, including expense management for the people team leaders
• Providing work organization support, helping keep the SVPs track of asks and deliverables. Managing and maintaining meeting agendas as needed, including taking notes and distributing as appropriate
• Supporting events, including onsites/offsites (hotel selection, contract support, swag, catering, snacks, prep materials, etc.)
• Managing purchasing and requisition/contract submissions and invoices from third party vendors and ensuring budget alignment
• Supporting report development/report coordination (including data aggregation), undertaking research and compiling data for various projects and undertaking simple analyses
• Establishing strong relationships with all key stakeholders including other senior leaders, executive assistant, finance and procurement teams

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an executive assistant or other relevant positions that involve managing scheduling, travel, expenses and contracts
• Familiarity with data collection and experience in presentation of data through charts and tables
• Strong internal/external communications, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated discretion and track record of maintaining confidential information
• Very strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Resourceful and proactive
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Demonstrated experience in working with C-Level
• Demonstrated experience in events planning (i.e Off- site, All hands, etc)
• Proximity to our Culver City hub (operating in a hybrid environment)
