Employee Experience Expert

We're looking for an Employee Experience Expert to create unique and awesome experiences for our company employees.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute company welfare projects, activities & events end-to-end.
• Develop, create & maintain on-site employee services (i.e - facilities, transportation, etc.).
• Keep up with events, occasions, holidays, and trends to produce relevant company affairs, happy hours, etc.
• Coordinate employer branding events and campaigns to present and preserve Moon Active as a top employer to potential candidates.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as an Employee Experience Expert.
• Experience in end-to-end execution of large scale welfare activities and events.
• Proven involvement in startups or the High-Tech industry.
• High-level English and Hebrew (verbal and written).
• Process-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to coordinate multiple end-points.
• A creative mindset, ability to deliver under pressure.
• A team player. Working closely with other team members, colleagues and relevant focal points within the company.
