Business Development/Operations Manager, Japan

Digital marketing manager is a job which will be required to work closely with the marketing team in HQ and Japan.

Roles and responsibilities for Japan:
- Business development:
- Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best deal for TGC
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities.
- Support and contribute to business initiatives/projects in Japan
- Work closely with CFO/COO and Japan GM to agree on annual budget
- Streamline processes to reduce redundancy, collaborating with headquarter and regional teams as required
- Operations:
- coordinate events (5th anniversary, Sky Assemblies, Village Vanguard including venue booking and schedule management
- Work closely with US team in record keeping for all legal and business documents to ensure compliance with global policies
- Work with global team and maintain team meetings
- Provide support to US finance and US HR team on basic business documents and platforms on the meaning of certain Japanese words and terminologies
Job Requirements:
- Strong business sense
