Generalist / Technical Artist (Unreal Engine)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Generalist / Technical Artist with expertise in Unreal Engine to join our team. You will be responsible for creating short animations (between 2 and 10 seconds) using the Sequencer tool, as well as assisting with various aspects of art production.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the Sequencer tool to create short animations for cinematic sequences.
- Have extensive knowledge of the Sequencer tool, including its advanced features.
- Work with metahumans and other advanced characters to apply and edit animations.
- Use the control rig tool for specific edits inside the Sequencer.
- Retarget animations to different characters or skeletons as needed.
- Use the Take Recorder for capturing animations.
- Perform basic prop animations, such as animating cars and objects in the scene.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Unreal Engine, with a strong understanding of its animation and sequencer tools.
- Demonstrated experience in creating short animations, preferably for games or interactive media.
- Extensive knowledge of the Sequencer tool, including its advanced features.
- Familiarity with metahumans and applying/editing animations on complex characters.
- Ability to use the control rig tool for specific animation edits within the Sequencer.
- Experience with retargeting animations and basic prop animation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other aspects of game development, such as modeling, texturing, or lighting.
- Knowledge of other animation tools or software.
