Workplace Experience Ambassador

The opportunity

The Workplace Experience (WE) Team at Unity is dedicated to making our workplace an amazing space for everyone and an incredible place to work!

It’s well known that people are more effective at what they do, the happier they are which is where the WE team comes in; from social events to wellness perks, we collaborate, think creatively and implement strategies to add to our Unity culture.

In this role you will be the face of the Paris office for all employees and visitors as well as assisting with support for several offices across the Central Europe region. As a WE Ambassador in this office you will have a huge impact in creating and maintaining the Unity culture as we grow.

This is a permanent position based in our Paris office, and you will be supported by, and report into the Central Europe WE Lead.

What you'll be doing

• Turning ideas for great workplace initiative into a reality
• Facilitate social activities and events from a WE perspective
• Onboarding new starters and ensuring they have the best introduction to Unity
• Office admin, from maintaining an organised environment through to arranging travel and hosting visitors onsite
• Making sure our delicious pantry supplies are well stocked. We have a huge variety of things from healthy snacks to wine fridge and coffee machines.
• Arranging and maintaining good relationships with vendors, raising purchase orders and working with our Finance team to ensure payments are processed
• Being on top of office maintenance and facilities, from reporting issues to ensuring they are fixed

What we're looking for

• Strong interpersonal skills; someone who enjoys being proactive, outgoing and enjoys meeting new people
• Demonstrable organisational skills - be it multitasking or prioritising workload
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the initiative to tackle challenges
• Experience coordinating/ facilitating office and virtual events
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and French

You might also have

• Interest in technology and/or gaming
• Hands-on experience with Mac and Windows; including knowledge of MS Office and
• Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive
• Any experience in facilities management
