Job Description

We are currently looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join our studio in Malmö. The Workplace Coordinator’s main responsibility is to provide a seamless experience and support within Workplace scope, for studio co-workers, external visitors and suppliers.

In your position you will be responsible of coordinating tasks, activities and projects such as production space planning, seating, interior design and our overall work environment. You will also be supporting the Workplace Manager handling various contracts, agreements and follow up on budget.

The job also involves introducing newcomers, supporting studio operations functions and our different production projects by regular coordination, administration and communication.

The main areas of responsibilities can be summed up as follows:

• Project and task force support, lead and coordination
• Newcomer support
• Internal and cross functional administration and coordination
• Workplace communication (email, Teams, intranet)
• Intranet updates for Facility and Workplace
• Contracts and agreements (with Workplace Manager)
• Food & beverages planning, ordering and follow up
