Working Student (f/m/x) for Community Management

Your tasks
- Coordinate with our voluntary support staff daily
- Oversee, review and train our external support staff
- Maintain, evolve and enforce our policies and workflows
- Manage all our communication channels, e.g. Games Website, Discord, Facebook, Forums, Reddit, Steam, Twitter for one of our games
- Collect user feedback and communicate it to the relevant stakeholder within Bytro
- Your goal: Support all players so that they have the best possible gaming experience
We are looking to fill the following hours per week:
English and German Community Management: 20h
French Community Management: 20h
As compensation we are offering 11€ per hour and the scheduling of the hours is open to negotiation. This position requires regular on-site office visits.
Preferred starting date: May 2022.
Your profile
- Excellent knowledge of English and German or French
- You are comfortable and capable of communicating on various digital platforms (Social Media, game chat, etc.) and audiences (1on1, small and big groups).
- You are able to empathize with our players’ viewpoints
- You are forward-thinking and choose your statements and actions accordingly.
- You are open, friendly and a genuine team player
- You are self-organized and self-motivated
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of additional languages
- Previous community management experience preferably in gaming
- You are a gamer yourself and you are passionate about our games or strategy games in general
