WoT Regional Licensing Manager, CIS

Wargaming is looking for a Regional Licensing Manager to join the World of Tanks Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, energetic, and ambitious person who is ready to take responsibility and push our regional publishing efforts and merchandise licensing to the next level in the CIS region. What will you do?
WoT Regional Licensing Manager will work with external licensing partners of Wargaming and World of Tanks, as well as be responsible for managing multiple product categories and licensees with the goal of meeting/exceeding revenue targets and growth objectives for World of Tanks.
The WoT Regional Licensing Manager will:
- Be a product ambassador who understands and shares product goals and requirements as they apply to licensing
- Drive regional licensing and business development activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders to bring new World of Tanks licensing products to market
- Ensure licensee products reflect World of Tanks quality and brand/property objectives
- Strategize, identify, and develop new business opportunities for licensing in the CIS in alignment with World of Tanks roadmap and product categories priority
- Build senior-level relationships with partners (existing and prospective) on behalf of the product
- Act as the main point of contact for relevant licensing projects, negotiate with prospective partners, help resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with agreements
- Negotiate financial deal points and other material terms on new deals and renewals
- Manage the process from concept and pitch to licensee onboarding, contract negotiation, contract signature, new product approval cycle, resolving issues, and promotional/advertising initiatives
- Work in close collaboration with Legal, Content, Marketing, Finance & other Teams
- Analyze account business performance, develop and implement product strategies, and manage promotion plans to ensure product sales are maximized and KPI objectives are met
- Provide regular reports, prepare quarterly royalties statements & payments
- Create and maintain internal documentation on prospective and existing licensing deals
- Research & understand the competitive landscape
- Provide regional insights on licensing and business opportunities in the region, analyze and understand market trends, as well as consumer, retailer, and industry needs to make strategic recommendations for new key business partners brands, retail, and distribution channels to maximize profitability and build brand equity
- Work in collaboration with the global team on licensing product strategy for global contracts
- Build strong relationships across regional and global teams to ensure the achievement of business objectives, operational processes, and operational efficiency
What are we looking for?
- Pre-Advanced verbal & written both English and Russian
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in licensing with a proven track record of successful deals and negotiations is a plus
- Excellent understanding of the World of Tanks brand and property positioning, licensing, and retail business development functions, retail distributions, and the retail environment in the CIS
- Comprehensive knowledge of licensees' production and creative capabilities/limitations
- Ability to deliver presentations
- Strong relationship building skills, flexibility, and adaptability
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and persuade at all levels of the company, both internal and external
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent PC and MS Office skills
- An active online player who’s interested in the online games market
