Videogames Translator EN-PTBR

PTW is the world leader provider in videogames servuces and is currently hiring for its translation operations in São Paulo, Brazil. We are seeking candidates with advanced language skills and extensive cultural knowledge of videogames.

You will be responsible for accurately translating video game content and other associated texts into Portuguese from English. You will work following specific product guidelines to ensure maximum linguistic quality and adherence to all relevant conventions.

Requirements

• C2 fluency in English and in Portuguese (certification not required);
• Degree in Linguistics, Translation or related fields.
• Experience in professional translation;
• Knowledge of CAT tools (memoQ preferable);
• Availability to work on-site (non-remote) from Monday to Fridays;
• Passion for videogames and geek culture.
