Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our live-streaming game company. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality video content and graphics for our live-streaming gaming platform.
As a Video Editor, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creative skills, while also contributing to the growth and success of our platform. If you have a passion for video editing and live-streaming gaming content, we would love to hear from you!
- Edit and enhance video footage to create engaging and high-quality content
- Collaborate with the production team to understand the vision and requirements for each video project
- Ensure a seamless and captivating viewing experience by carefully selecting and arranging video clips
- Add visual effects, graphics, overlays, and transitions to enhance the overall quality of the videos
- Optimise video files for streaming and upload them to our live-streaming gaming platform
- Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and implement them in your work
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional videos and trailers for our live-streaming gaming platform
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Advanced English (verbal and written)
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci or Sony Vegas
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to take creative direction and work independently
- Knowledge of current video gaming trends and popular games
