Summary:
Netspeak Games is a growing mobile games development studio in need of an experienced video editor to continue to support our go to market strategy for our first title. As a video editor you will work across our development and creative functions to plan and create content to support our publishing, UA and social media needs for the promotion of our first title as we gear up to global launch.
Responsibilities:
Explore, identify, and formulate opportunities for unique content from our game in order to promote. Utilising Work with Unreal Sequence, gameplay videos, character animation
Knowledge of animation packages (After Effects, Premiere)
Proactively develop a broad carousel of content that supports our overall go to market strategy
Maintain and be responsible for a backlog of content and requirements
Liaise with key stakeholders in the design of tools and features to support our content creating needs
Support the UA pipeline and take advantage of data and insights to inform future content
Support the overall growth objectives of the studio
Collaborate and brainstorm with the marketing team, actively participate in inventing and discussing ideas
Search for trends and techniques that may be useful in your work
Research ideas and techniques on how to improve the creatives already created within the company
Your mission:
Help Netspeak move fast while keeping stress to a minimum. This is a new role so a strong sense of initiative and a proactive ownership of the role is essential. Own the overall vision and create meaningful problem statements. As a part of our commercial go to market strategy you will work closely with our data, community management and creative teams to produce unique and compelling content designed at promoting our first title. Support and foster a collaborative and diverse culture and environment with the studio, with particular focus on our studio values.
Experience:
Must have experience working with video game content, ideally mobile games
Must have knowledge of and experience working alongside user acquisition and publishing teams
Must have the relevant experience with video editing tools and services
Must have experience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music and transitions
Must be proficient in creating storyboards and other visual representations of planned edits for video projects
Must have excellent communication skills are required, to ensure a solid understanding of project scope and implementation
Must have the ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals to supply clients with top-notch finalised products
Knowledge of animation packages (After Effects, Premiere)
Salary is expected to be between £35,000 & £45,000 per annum d.o.e.
