Vice President of Ads Strategy and Operations

In this role you will be responsible for defining, developing, managing and implementing Rovio’s long term Advertising strategy as well as maximising advertising-based monetisation in the short term - while making games more attractive to players. It will work alongside internal stakeholders such as Game Tech, Tech, BI, Marketing - and external stakeholders to define and drive advertising projects, integrations and monetisation of new product launches.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Build the strategy and set targets to maximise our players’ LTV across our portfolio through Ads & CRM
- Focus, manage and coach a talented team of Ad Monetisation and CRM experts
- Develop a solid network of external partners to optimise our Ads Revenue
- Develop deep relationships with Game Teams and Studios, align and influence best practices to build Ad monetisation approaches adapted to the specifics of their products
- Partner with internal stakeholders such as Tech, BI and Marketing to align goals and priorities and design innovative solutions improving business performance across the organisation
- Evolve existing tools & service models aimed at maximising user experience & revenue across our portfolio
- Steer programmatic strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- You have previously headed up ads monetisation for a mobile product
- You have experience managing teams
- You have a track record of driving consequential growth through Ads Monetisation at a product or company level
- You have a solid understanding of ad tech & Ads Monetisation
