Who are we? 🚀
Admix is the pioneer of In-Play, the infrastructure to monetize gaming and the metaverse. Our technology allows developers to add product placements within their games, creating a better experience for players, developers, and advertisers. A win-win-win-win (that last ‘win’ could be you).
Founded in 2017, we’ve experienced exciting growth, and our headcount currently sits at around 60 people. We’re looking for talented people to join our team who can provide value and help Admix enter into its next stages of success.
What will you be managing in this role ⚙️
We are now looking for a first on the ground VP Marketing to ramp up our go to market and help us establish Admix as a category defining company- powering the metaverse. This role will report directly to the CEO, and will involve owning and growing all aspects of our marketing function, including; product, event and brand marketing, growth strategy, product direction and helping to grow our game developer community. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience successfully growing a Seed, Series A or Series B company into a category defining business and who is looking for a chance to do it again!

What you’ll be doing
- Ensure high-quality messaging that enables Admix to be a category defining business as ‘monetization layer of the metaverse’.
- Identify problems and market opportunities that drive growth
- Hire and grow a team to to specialise in all aspects of the marketing function
- Inform and support product direction with your deep understanding of game developer and advertiser needs
- Build outreach plans, positioning, and go-to-market plans for our core audiences- game developers/metaverse content creators and advertisers
- Monitor and optimize towards critical metrics and revenue targets
- Understand the competitive landscape, spot and follow key trends, contribute to product feature prioritization
- Grow and foster community of game developers
- Become a subject matter expert in-market and evangelising Admix at events, functions, networking etc
Requirements 💪
- Demonstrated success building a category defining company
- Demonstrated success scaling and building a marketing function from scratch across various marketing channels
- Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing
- A clear communicator and problem solver.
- An organized self-starter who can steadfastly prioritize in a continuously evolving environment, in order to focus attention on the highest impact work and drive those projects to completion
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional alignment and execution
- Demonstrated ability as both a strategic leader and an extremely high-producing, effective hands-on contributor
- Fluency in English is a must. Additional languages are a bonus.
- Experience working in adtech or in gaming is a plus
- Create accountability within the team by developing individual outcome focused KPIs and OKRs
- Foster a lean startup environment of open feedback, constant experimentation, learning and focus
- A global networker who’s reach spreads across multiple channels
- Working closely with the CEO and COO to make sure the team has the tools to succeed
- Complete feedback loop to the Product team for constant betterment
