The Challenge:

The VP of Marketing Innovation and Technology role is based in New York City and plays a critical part in leading and improving our Marketing Technology stack. The role emphasizes delivering significant value to our labels, under the umbrella of our parent company.

We work alongside the Label’s (2K, Zynga, Private Division and Rockstar Games) Marketing, Live-Services and CX teams, leading and supporting the underlying technology stack used to enhance Marketing capabilities and measurement, to improve Player experience.

The primary purpose of the role is to enable and further empower these teams to do what they do best – produce outstanding content and meaningfully engage players.

Working as part of the team, the right candidate must have a broad range of skills. The responsibilities include the ability to run the entire technology life cycle, from interpreting needs of the business (known or discovered) through implementation into support and evangelization. This role requires understanding of Marketing and Technology platforms, and experience in leading projects and programs, acting as the conduit between business leads and vendor

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $230,000 and $290,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individ ual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
