As the Vibe Manager, you will directly partner with the Executive Assistant to the CEO on all major office and culture projects and priorities, all whilst gaining an intimate insight into the core operations of one of Australia’s fastest-growing startups.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of managing the global Immutable workplace and coordinating key initiatives across the team. You will handle communications, facilities, events, logistics and so much more. You will drive employee onboarding, contribute to company culture and own effective and efficient processes to secure optimal outcomes.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Own the workplace vibe! Make proposals and run initiatives that increase employee happiness
- Manage office operations and coordinate company culture initiatives globally Take ownership of drafting and executing company slide decks
- Prioritise and follow up on action items between teams
- Organise meetings, offsites and all hands schedules Communicate and engage with third parties and external stakeholders
- Take ownership of the office management organisational board and inbox
- Drive and maintain smooth administrative onboarding activities for all new starters
- Troubleshoot and assist with equipment and asset requests or issues
- Order and maintain workplace equipment and stock
- Coordinate events, logistics, suppliers and communications
- Handle anything that gets thrown your way!
You'll have:
- 2+ years experience as an office manager, team coordinator or similar
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent time management skills and a systematic approach to tasks
- A can-do attitude accompanied by a commitment to the tasks at hand
- Previous experience dealing with executives or senior management
- An ability and passion for building community and contributing to culture
Some extra skills that would be awesome:
- Previous start-up or fin-tech experience highly regarded
- Has supported a globally located team
- High proficiency in Google Suite (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
