The Vendor Program Manager will also collaborate closely with the Product leadership team in driving the overall success and effectiveness of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of exceptional project management, interpersonal skills, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex and dynamic environments.The Vendor Program Manager will be primarily responsible for the project management of the 3rd party integration program. This role involves coordination, communication, and collaboration to ensure that integration projects are delivered on time. They will also manage and strengthen the relationships between Anaxi’s CXS team, internal stakeholders, and external vendors and partners. The role will also be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and materials for executive meetings. They will also provide support to product management executive team on strategic initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and communicative individual who can manage and enhance relationships effectively.What you'll doAssist in the onboarding projects for new vendors, including providing them with necessary information, documentation, and training.Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to negotiate, draft, and review vendor contracts and agreements.Communicate and report on 3rd Party performance, contract status and key partnership metrics.Collaborate with Product Management leadership to help develop, communicate, execute, and sustain corporate strategic initiatives.Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support executive decision-making.Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other materials for executive meetings.Provide comprehensive support to product management executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.Act as a point of contact between CXS and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and responsiveness.Manage special projects as assigned by executives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives.Performs all other duties as assigned.What we're looking forExperience in vendor relationship management, vendor onboarding, and contract reviewsAbility to comprehend technical challenges, understand limitations and impact to the customer, and manage risk in reviewing technology options a plusSelf-starter with superior attention to detail.Experience working in cross-functional teams, especially with software developers, project managers, and other product managers.Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Comfortable with ambiguity; welcomes the challenge of developing new ideas and approaches in a semi-unstructured environment.Must be a “team-player” with the ability to work within collaborative environments to organize and facilitate program reviews, roadmap reviews, new product initiation meetings and investigations, and business case reviews.Ability and desire to interact and engage in substantive dialogue with all levels of the organization.Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and market research skills.Must possess exceptional ethics, excellent judgment, and a desire to win.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related fieldTravel ExpectationsUp to 25% Create Your Profile — Game companies can contact you with their relevant job openings.
