We're working on an online action-adventure game. An original IP with a distinct identity. An invitation to enjoy fun action and rewarding progression in a challenging sandbox world – solo, or together with friends.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to bring people together to create stories through play. Games that are easy to pick up, but still offer plenty of depth and creativity. Worlds people want to spend time in, where they can express themselves, and have fun working things out together with friends.
OUR STUDIO
We’re part of KRAFTON, a collective of independent game studios headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. Our core team is based in the heart of Prague, a UNESCO world heritage site, but we’re a hybrid team with an international outlook, cooperating closely with colleagues in Seoul and beyond.

Responsibilities
Our Senior Level Artist will work to capture the artistic direction of the project and set the visual standard of our levels while collaborating with the Level Design team to ensure levels both looks and play great.
Our project and levels are built in Unreal 5 using a landscape based workflow.
Create Levels
- Craft high quality levels in Unreal 5 with assets created by our environment team. Where needed the Senior Level Artist will create quality blockouts and assets that can be finalised by the environment team.
- Collaborate with level design to make sure both artistic as well as design vision is kept intact.
- Collaborate with tech art to make sure levels are built to spec and will run great during any gameplay circumstance.
Develop Workflows
Together with the Art Director, Technical Artists and Lead 3D artist:
- Establish efficient workflows and pipelines for the level creation.
- Streamline the level creation processes.
- Maintain a high level of productivity.
Lead by Example
- Be a positive influence for the team around you.
- Abilitity to showcase what “good looks like” and help mentor the world art team.
- Help foster a creative and high-performing team environment.

As a Senior Level Artist, you will help shape the future of our studio through your exceptional world building talents and be willing to share that knowledge with the team while we craft our game.
Required
- Several years' experience as a Level Artist, with some time in a senior or leadership role within the gaming industry.
- Proven experience working with Unreal Engine 5, showcasing your ability to create visually stunning and optimized levels using the engine's latest features.
- Knowledge of industry-standard 3D software, such as Houdini and Blender, enabling you to create 3D assets as needed.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work, demonstrating a keen eye for detail, composition, lighting, and layout, specifically highlighting your Unreal Engine 5 projects.
- Strong understanding of technical constraints related to real-time rendering, optimization techniques, and knowledge of current trends in game art.
Welcomed
- Working knowledge of Atlassian software development and collaboration tools.
- Experience working in a hybrid / remote environment.
