Account Managers Team Lead - German Market

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our amazing and growing team.

The role covers all aspects of sales, training, and customer service in order to achieve the objectives and overall strategy of our channel with a specific focus on sales and outbound activity.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for strengthening, maintaining, and growing customer relationships through comprehensive leadership.
• Be responsible for achieving the overall activity and revenue targets of the Account Managers
• Lead the team to meet and exceed monthly targets of retention and revenue.
• Create engaging socials and challenges to create a community

Requirements

• Professional level in German- Must
• At least 2 years of experience working within Sales or as an Account Manager.
• At least 2 years of managing a sales team
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to details
• Deep understanding/interest in games - an advantage
