VIP Manager

Job Summary

Sleeper is seeking to hire its first-ever VIP position. This individual will play a crucial role in establishing the VIP team at Sleeper. The main responsibilities of this position include managing a portfolio of VIP customers across affiliate partners and users, and delivering high-quality service to these users.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and nurture a diverse group of VIP members (affiliates & Sleeper users), ensuring they receive exceptional service and exclusive privileges
• Devise and implement strategies to drive significant increases in customer loyalty and revenue from the VIP customer base
• Craft personalized and unforgettable experiences for VIPs, fostering a deeper affinity with the Sleeper brand and cultivating unwavering loyalty
• Provide prompt and effective responses to inquiries from VIPs, swiftly resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely manner
• Generate detailed reports on the VIP member portfolio, tracking key metrics and delivering valuable insights on their performance and preferences
• Contribute to the planning, attendance, and hosting of exclusive events for VIPs
• Regularly connect with VIPs, ensuring strict adherence to Responsible Gaming procedures and fostering a secure and responsible DFS environment

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in VIP or a customer-facing role

• Possesses great self-confidence and an outgoing personality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship building, retention, and growth
• Demonstrates an irrepressible positive and winning attitude.
• High attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics or similar
