Sleeper is one of the fastest growing Fantasy Sports apps with millions of daily active users along with an amazing team and investors.
One of our fastest growing products is Sleeper Picks, a daily fantasy sports game of skill that covers major sports such as football, basketball, hockey, and baseball.
In order to provide our most engaged and loyal customers with an enhanced experience, we are seeking to grow our Sports VIP Host team. The main responsibilities of this position include managing and growing a portfolio of VIP customers and delivering high-quality service to these users.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and nurture a diverse group of VIP members (affiliates & Sleeper users), ensuring they receive exceptional service and exclusive privileges
- Devise and implement strategies to drive significant increases in customer loyalty and revenue from the VIP customer base
- Craft personalized, local events and experiences for VIPs, fostering a deeper affinity with the Sleeper brand and cultivating unwavering loyalty.
- Provide prompt and effective responses to inquiries from VIPs, swiftly resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely manner
- Generate detailed reports on the VIP member portfolio, tracking key metrics and delivering valuable insights on their performance and preferences
- Contribute to the planning, attendance, and hosting of exclusive events for VIPs
- Regularly connect with VIPs, ensuring strict adherence to Responsible Gaming procedures and fostering a secure and responsible DFS environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in a customer facing role, such as Sales, Account Management or within the Retail or Restaurant Industry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions based on data and trends.
- Passionate about sports and gaming.
- Ability to travel within your assigned state and work nights and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship building, retention, and growth
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics or similar
- Must be located in California or Texas.
- College graduate in a related field.
Not essential but a bonus if you have
- Corporate level account management experience.
