Playtika is looking for a self-motivated VIP Account Manager with excellent communication skills to be responsible to retain and reactivate our top VIP players.
The account manager responsibilities will be to increase players lifetime value by proactive outbound communication, all to ensure a personal, engaging, and rewarding experience for our VIP players.

- Build relationships with assigned VIPs and establish personal relationships with our most valuable VIP customers

- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns in VIP behavior
- High-level understanding/interest in social gaming / online marketing field
Requirements
- Mother tongue level in English
- 2+ years of experience as a VIP account manager or customer support from an online production company. Adtech or Gaming experience is an advantage.
