PR Associate - Video Games

Position Summary
To support the PR Manager in planning and execution of pan-European campaigns for all video games and Apps releases plus portfolio of animated content and overall brand. To assist the Snr PR Manager on ad-hoc projects as required.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supporting PR Manager and external agency network on PR initiatives including the following:
- Influencer campaigns
- Identifying relevant and brand compliant PR influencer opportunities
- Managing influencer contracts between TPCi and local PR and/or management agencies
- Cross departmental liaison to leverage each activation
- Supporting ad-hoc events run by TPCi or our partners; this can include identifying relevant third-party events across and providing written recommendations for attendance for internal stakeholders
- Liaison with event organisers and internal stakeholders to maximise value of attendance
- Work closely with Nintendo Europe PR team to:
- Ensure consistent messaging across local markets
- Deliver impactful preview/review events
- Development of briefing documents for local PR and/or management agencies in conjunction with PR Manager
- Production of In-depth reporting for all projects
Knowledge & Skills & Experience
- 1-2yrs PR experience in the video game field either in-house or agency
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
- A great communicator, coordinator, organiser and presenter who can effectively and efficiently run projects and engage with people
- Proven creative thinker
- Ability to conduct research and present the informative and concise overviews
- European language(s) highly desirable
- Fully conversant in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education
- University Graduate degree
- Media, Marketing or PR qualifications desirable
Candidates will either need the right to work in the UK or dependent on the job role the company may be able to arrange a VISA.
