User Acquisition Manager/Sr. Manager

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager/Sr. Manager to help plan, launch, and optimize UA initiatives to grow our player base. You’ll be working closely with studio leadership, creative teams, and game development in growing some of the best home décor and design games in the mobile space. Storm8 is a passionate team of veteran game makers: we’re dedicated to creating experiences that people love, and you’d be a key player in helping get the word out about what we do!

Responsibilities

• Help plan, launch, optimize and analyze campaigns across a variety of platforms—Apple, Facebook, Google, Unity, Ironsource, and more
• Utilize third party and internal tools to monitor and deliver performance results
• Run and monitor creative tests to determine best ad practices
• Work with leadership, ad creators, game designers, and external partners to understand our properties and how to best present them to a global audience
• Stay abreast of developments in the rapidly changing user acquisition/performance marketing space
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the gaming UA space
• Assist creative team in analyzing test results and next steps in improving creatives

Requirements

• 2+ years experience running global UA campaigns
• Experience with UA platforms and channels such as Apple, Facebook, Google, etc.
• Ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience analyzing ROAS and optimizing acquisition bids and budgets
• Comfortable understanding broad long-term goals while managing the day-to-day needs of UA
• Self-starter, comfortable with minor supervision
• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Performance-driven mindset and highly organized

Nice to Have

• Experience in the mobile gaming space
• SQL skills
• New IP experience
