Welcome to the marketing team
GOALS is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented User Acquisition Manager to join our Marketing team. As the User Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our player base through strategic acquisition campaigns and initiatives. Your primary focus will be on acquiring high-quality users efficiently while optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and drive long-term engagement and revenue.
At GOALS, you will...
- Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive player growth and revenue for GOALS across various gaming platforms, including PC, and consoles.
- Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, display advertising, influencer partnerships, and other performance marketing channels.
- Test and optimize marketing assets (videos, images, wordings) to identify which ones are the most efficient in different campaigns.
- Own and optimize GOALS store pages (Steam, PS Store, Xbox Store) to maximize organic traffic and conversion.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CPI, CPA, LTV, and retention rates, to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the product, and analytics teams to align user acquisition efforts with overall marketing objectives and game development milestones.
Ideally you have...
- 3+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing roles within the gaming industry, with a proven track record of driving user growth and revenue.
- Deep understanding of PC and console ecosystems, including player behavior and acquisition channels.
- Proficiency in using user acquisition platforms and analytics tools, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok ads, X Ads and more
- Experience in cultivating relationships and collaborating with influencers and content creators to amplify user acquisition efforts and drive engagement.
- Comfortable working with a wide array of technical tools and workflows, like Miro, Jira, and Google Suite
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Passion for football and gaming, with a keen understanding of the target audience and market trends.

About the Employment
The position is permanent and you can work from our Stockholm office, hybrid or fully remote from anywhere in Europe. It is important that you are able to communicate unhindered in verbal/written English.
