User Acquisition Manager, Mobile Games (f/m/d)

Your Role
We are searching for a UA Manager. As UA Manager you will manage our UA campaigns across Google Adwords, Facebook as well as other sources of traffic. You will focus on leveraging Paid Social Channels, Ad Networks, and DSPs to scale our current marketing efforts and be responsible for helping the team identify and develop mobile acquisition strategies.
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day management and implementation of mobile marketing campaigns, including bid management, conversion strategies, and ROI analysis.
This role is a remote role. You can work from anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage mobile marketing campaigns
- Maintain campaigns focused on specific budgets
- Create and implement new strategies in order to acquire relevant traffic
- Track, report, and analyze mobile analytics, initiatives and campaigns
- Execute tests (AB testing), collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
- Monitor campaign results, analyze and optimize key metrics such as CPC, CPL, CPA, %CTR, %LTR, ROI and %CR
- Perform ongoing publisher discovery, expansion and optimization
- Research and analyze competitor advertising
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in running UA campaigns- minimum (mobile games)
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online user acquisition
- Advantage to: Degree in Marketing or Business
- Advantage to knowledge of Facebook Ads management
- Technical and analytical profile
- Excellent level of Excel
