University Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

Epic Games is looking for a temporary University Recruiting Coordinator. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the channel between candidates and recruiters. You will be the captain of ensuring the interview coordination process for all candidates is a remarkable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling high-volume student interviews for various Epic office locations across multiple time zones
• Assist with bulk resume reviews for internships
• Assist with high-volume informational candidate phone screens
• Manage student job postings on university sites
• Assist with logistics for campus recruiting events
• Generating candidate interview schedule
• Coordinate intern morale/team building events
• General Recruiting department admin support

Qualifications:

• Solid experience with heavy scheduling
• Extremely detail oriented with strong communication and follow through
• Ability to anticipate problems and troubleshoot solutions quickly
• Experience with Google applications (calendar, Gmail, hangouts)
• Ability to shift priorities last minute
• Impeccable organization skills
• Experience communicating with teams at all levels
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
